Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we process when you contact us on WhatsApp or use our assistant, why we use it, and what rights you have.

2. What data we process. When you message us on WhatsApp or use our assistant, we may process your name, your phone number, the address where you need the service, a description of your electrical issue, and the content of the messages you send us. We do not ask for sensitive data; please do not include it in your messages.
3. Why we use it and legal basis. We process your data to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a visit and carry out the electrical service you request. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request, and your consent when you contact us. We may also send you appointment reminders.
4. Automated assistant. To reply quickly, WhatsApp messages are processed by an automated assistant. Your requests for a quote, an appointment or an emergency are always reviewed and handled by a member of our team before they are confirmed.
5. WhatsApp and providers. Messaging is carried out through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. To provide the service we may share your data with the technician or electrician who carries out the work, with Meta (WhatsApp) as the messaging channel, with the artificial-intelligence provider that generates the assistant's replies, and with our hosting provider, where leads and appointments are stored securely. These providers only process the data on our behalf and under our instructions.
6. Retention. We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and provide the service, and afterwards for the applicable legal periods (for example, tax law). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting us on WhatsApp or at the address above. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies. This website uses technical cookies necessary for it to work and, where applicable, audience-measurement cookies to improve the site. You can set your browser to block them.
9. Changes. We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
